UIDAI and myAadhaar

Aadhaar help without the queue stress

Download e-Aadhaar, fix mobile and address details, unlock OTP problems, and order a PVC card with step-by-step guides.

Before you open myAadhaar

Keep the registered mobile handy for OTP. Name spelling should match PAN and bank KYC when you plan linking later. This hub focuses on UIDAI tasks. For PAN linking failures, use the Identity and KYC category guides instead.

OTP first

Most online updates fail because the Aadhaar mobile is old. Fix the number before you retry address or PVC orders.

Official domains only

Prefer uidai.gov.in and myAadhaar links. Avoid sites that ask for Aadhaar and OTP together outside UIDAI flows.

Aadhaar guides

What this hub covers

Aadhaar sits under every bank KYC, SIM, ration, and passport file in India. When OTP fails or authentication rejects at a shop, the fix is usually on myAadhaar or at an enrolment centre, not on the bank app alone. Use the download guide for a fresh PDF, the mobile guide when SMS never arrives, and the biometrics lock guide when you want fewer surprise fingerprint hits.

Address and name updates need clear document scans and matching spellings. PVC orders are separate from e-Aadhaar downloads. If a DigiLocker pull fails while UIDAI still works, treat that as a DigiLocker issue and keep the e-Aadhaar PDF as backup.

This hub links English walkthroughs with official portal URLs. It does not replace UIDAI instructions, but it does tell you which path to open first so you spend less time refreshing a stuck OTP screen.

Keep Aadhaar and PAN spellings identical across bank KYC, EPF, and passport files. After a successful address or mobile update, wait for the SMS confirmation before you retry a failed bank or DigiLocker authentication, and store the updated e-Aadhaar PDF with your other ID scans.
